Congratulations to David Callow who has been accepted onto the highly competitive Dyson Institute of Technology Degree Apprenticeship!
David achieved an outstanding A*BB at A-Level. He is extremely happy with his results and said, “UTC felt like home, the staff are really supportive and committed. They made every day enjoyable and nothing else could compare to the help they provide for students.”
The Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology teaches the next generation of budding engineers and the four year Degree Apprenticeship is designed so students can develop their engineering skills through hands on experience whilst learning about every single aspect of Dyson technology. With a focus on motors, fluid dynamics, separation systems, energy storage, robotics, software, aerodynamics and hair science, students will garner a wide range of technical skills through the duration of the course.
At the end of the programme students may get a chance to visit the Dyson technology and design centres in Singapore and Malaysia and can expect to take up a technical graduate engineering role at Dyson!
Congratulations again David, we know how hard you’ve worked to achieve your results and wish you all the best for the future!
