A group of our Year 10’s participated in a business enterprise challenge just before Christmas where they had to create their own business and make as much profit as possible. They managed to make £130 as a business and after costs it gave them an overall profit of £70. I have just been told that our group won the best secondary school category for not only the money raised but for their performance as a group throughout. The following students participated in the challenge:
Emelia, Jonelle, Ava, Mellisa, Emmalea, Mayama, Kieran, Matthew, Thomas, Ged, Jordan
The students will be presented during next week’s Year 10 assembly with certificates and a £500 cheque for the school, well done!
