A group of sixth form students visited Edge Hill University for a taster day in Primary Teaching.
The group of eight Year 13 students and one Year 12 student started the visit with a quick seminar about the university and a tour of the grounds, before lunch. Following this they had subject specific sessions in teaching Art and Design, Modern Languages, English and Geography at Primary level.
The group showed great confidence in contributing to the sessions, engaging with all the content and their behaviour made them fine ambassadors for the school.
